How to purchase?

  • Beef is limited… scroll down to reserve a side for fall

  • We confirm timing… 2-3 week window to have your freezer ready

  • Cheplic’s will confirm cutting instructions once they receive animal

More information

  • Hanging/carcass weight per side—used for pricing—averages 350-400 pounds

  • Packaged weight is typically 60-65% of carcass weight, or 200-250 pounds per side

  • To split a side, buyers must agree on cutting and who gets what
